The Problem The facility operations faced escalating maintenance cycle times, uncoordinated vendor scheduling, and a lack of centralized visibility regarding resource allocation across properties. Without a rigorous tracking model or structured business analysis planning, the lack of real-time performance metrics resulted in budget overruns, delayed service handoffs, and an inability to forecast facility asset bottlenecks accurately.

The Approach Applying meticulous Business Analysis Planning & Monitoring alongside robust Project Planning frameworks, I executed an operational turnaround. I spearheaded an end-to-end process assessment of the facility’s vendor ecosystem and lifecycle maintenance workflows. Leveraging Tableau and data-backed performance models, I designed an integrated monitoring framework to bring absolute transparency to key metrics. Through comprehensive Facilitation sessions with property managers and external service partners, I realigned team communication and instituted strict delivery milestones to ensure accountability.
