I am a Project Manager with over 10 years of progressive experience delivering complex initiatives across multiple domains, including IT infrastructure, program and portfolio support, construction and capital projects, and Agile delivery environments. I am a project manager who loves organizing chaos and turning big, complex ideas into clear, executable plans.
Over the course of my career, I have worked across both the private sector and government, giving me a balanced perspective on results-driven delivery, governance, accountability, and public value. I’ve spent the last several years managing complex, cross-functional projects for enterprise environments, which essentially means keeping many moving pieces aligned, asking the right questions, and staying calm and focused when timelines get tight and priorities compete.
My strength lies at the intersection of delivery, structure, and people. I bring clarity to ambiguity by establishing strong project foundations, clear scope, realistic plans, defined roles, and practical reporting, while remaining adaptable as conditions evolve. I am comfortable working within predictive, Agile, and hybrid delivery models, and I thrive in environments that require collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
In addition to project delivery, I am a process-improvement facilitator and change management professional. I help teams examine how work is done, identify inefficiencies, and design improved workflows that are both practical and sustainable. I believe successful projects are not just delivered, they are adopted. As such, I place strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, communication, and change readiness to ensure outcomes endure beyond implementation.
Outside of work, I apply the same rigor and intentional growth mindset that defines my leadership. I started a small group of accountable readers called ABAM (A Book A Month), a global accountability circle where purpose-driven professionals commit to reading one book each month and convene to exchange insights, challenge assumptions, and elevate their thinking. What began as a simple discipline has evolved into a leadership incubator, grounded in the belief that sustained excellence is built through structured reflection, measurable progress, and consistent execution. Service is foundational to my identity. I serve on the Board of New Brunswick Crown Lands, contribute to Project Advisory Services in advisory and facilitation capacities, and have supported PRUDE as an event host, program facilitator, and organizer. This commitment to growth, governance, and community impact shapes how I lead, how I make principled decisions, and how I empower teams to deliver results that create lasting value.
